How did the UN help the many humanitarian crisis around the world

What Humanitarian crisis' did the United Nations help?

The UN has helped many humanitarian crisis' one of them is the crisis in Africa right now of not having enough food or water. The UN will buy and get donations of food and water and ship it back out to the people in those areas where they need food and water. in the picture below you can see the guy handing out food to the kids that don't usually get to eat and are very happy the volunteers of the UN came to help.

The UN sends 69 peacekeeping and observer missions all around the worlds troubled spots in order to help those areas just like Africa by donating money and food and water and they also keep those areas safe. They are constantly getting new volunteers that will go out and help the UN and these people so they probably have more than 69 missions now because of more volunteers helping over the years. In the picture below you can see where the people from the UN go to help the crisis'.
